The heartbreaking truth is that most people don’t wake up to life until it’s almost over. They look back and see how much time they spent chasing expectations, silencing their truth, postponing their dreams for “someday.” They wish they’d taken more risks, felt more joy, spoken more honestly, and spent more time with the people they loved instead of working so hard to prove their worth.
But by then—it’s too late.
Death has a way of crystalizing what truly matters, dissolving fear & self-doubt, igniting bold action, and amplifying the abundance (already) in your life. I know this from my own experience of losing my 32-year husband to cancer in 2019.
This 3-day immersion is your re-do before the real death.
It gives you access to the medicine of death—the clarity, courage, and reverence for life that only comes from facing the end—without enduring the same losses I did.
🖤 You’re staring at your journal from two years ago and seeing the same dream staring back at you—the podcast you were going to launch, the business you were going to start—and it’s still just ink on a page… you’re done waiting. You want to finally bring it to life.
🖤 Every time you step away from your screen your chest tightens—that familiar pulse of anxiety whispering you should be doing more—and you’re craving the freedom to grab coffee with a friend, play catch with your kid, and actually be where your feet are.
🖤 You’ve checked all the boxes—money, success, impact, the dream partner, the perfect home—but feel like something still missing… you’re want connection to your heart and the current of vitality rushing through your veins.
Not just crossing boxes off your to-do list, but filling your days with the moments that melt your heart like a warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie…
Giggles with your kids before their innocence slips away, dirt under your nails from digging in your garden…
Body buzzing & breathless, as you take in a 360 degree view above treeline…
Fireworks exploding over the Eiffel Tower or simply the smell & taste of coffee tantalizing your senses, curled & cozy with a book.
Bills, deadlines, and endless to-dos keep winning over your dreams. And when you finally carve out space to live with no regrets, fear and doubt flood in:
Who am I to do this? What if I fail? Maybe later, when I’ve saved up more…when I’m ready.
So you push your dreams off… maybe tomorrow, someday, never.
That you only had five years… maybe one?
How would that change the way you live?
Would you keep doing exactly what you’re doing now—
or would you finally start living the life you’ve been waiting for?
On a golden San Diego beach, watching my sandy toddler Izzy wobble across the shore while my husband Ian soaked up the sun – when one phone call turned our picture-perfect beach day into a week in the ER.
Uveal Melanoma.
At 30, Ian was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Suddenly the future we imagined—our unborn son, our plans, our milestones—was uncertain. Would he have ten years, five… or one?
We quit our jobs, moved closer to family, and booked a bucket-list trip to Spain and Italy. We savored sunrises, cuddles, popsicles, and the magic in the mundane.
We made memories imprinted on my bones so that when he passed away 15 months later …
Ian’s diagnosis and ultimate death, invited me to stop waiting and start living — dissolving fear, catalyzing me into action, and rooting me in deep gratitude and reverence for life. As devastating as it was, his death changed my life for the better.
But instead you feel drained and detached.
You want to do more of what lights you up — but the to-do list hijacks your time.
Your passions keep getting shoved to the back burner.
You finally clear the calendar and commit to making it happen — but fear and self-doubt flood in: This is silly. I’m not ready. I can’t afford this right now!
Believing that if you just had more time, more money, more credentials, more success then you’d finally be happy, fulfilled, living your best life…
all while missing the abundance and awe already here in this moment.
The antidote?
Everything shifts.
YOU STOP POSTPONING AND START LIVING
Mortality isn’t a threat—it’s fuel. Time is finite, the future isn’t guaranteed, so you quit procrastinating and snap into action now. Every day becomes a gift, not something to take for granted.
YOU PRIORITIZE WHAT TRULY MATTERS
Looking at life from the end forces you to ask: What’s the point of all this? You see how much of your life has been driven by conditioning and “shoulds,” and your heart & soul’s true callings rise to the surface.
YOU ACCESS THE ABUNDANCE THAT'S ALREADY HERE
You realize the safety, joy, and freedom you’ve been chasing through money, time, or success already exist in the sunrise, your morning coffee, a snuggle with your kid. You release the hustle to feel “enough” and anchor into gratitude, presence, and aliveness.
YOUR FEARS & DOUBTS DISSOVLE
Limiting beliefs are survival patterns rooted in the fear of death. When you face that fear, you stop being ruled by it. You learn to source safety, worth, and joy from within — and when you’re whole inside, there’s nothing left to lose.
When you embrace the reality that you will die…
CRYSTAL CLARITY on what matters most—and exactly what must change before year-end (and in your broader life)
FIERTY MOTIVATION and a simple, non-negotiable action plan to start now!
DEATH-MEDICINE TOOLS—rituals, somatic resets, and daily practices that flood you with gratitude, abundance, and radical aliveness.
AN EMBODIED PERSPECTIVE SHIFT—a visceral appreciation for the magic already here, so you stop waiting and start living.
Ready to live with no regrets?
✔️ You're ready for those journal ideas to finally leap off the page and into reality
✔️ You’re tired of being half-present with your friends & family -- you want to BE HERE NOW, fully, soaking it in
✔️ You're craving play and pleasure -- dust off those roller skates or a lil hooky from work for a game of pickle ball
✔️ You did it! Success, money, impact! Now, you want to reclaim your sense of awe and wonder in the world.
✔️ You want to create -- write, paint, speak -- but fear and that inner critic keep holding you back.
✔️ You're hustling honey! Productivity feels safer than resting (hello anxiety) but your soul craves stillness -- a book in bed with coffee.
✔️ You want to feel fully alive -- tears at sunset, warmth with a child's hug, electricity buzzing in your veins
✔️ You’re ready to stop enduring life and start enjoying it
Thinking about my mortality feels heavy.
I’m not sure I’m ready to go there.
I get it. We’ve been conditioned to feel this way. Society has painted death as something to fear — grim reapers, gore, haunted tombstones. But death is a natural part of life.
You see it everywhere in nature…
In the season’s cycles of death & rebirth — dead of winter giving life to new blooms in the spring.
In forests burning down only to regenerate, richer from the ashes; in lava that devastates but at the same time births new islands.
In snakes shedding skin they’ve outgrown; caterpillars dissolving into goo before remerging as butterflies.
It’s no different for us. We are part of the same design
Death is simply a passage, marking the end of our physical time here. And it’s this finiteness that has meaning to life itself.
When we resist death. We resist life.
We forget the fragility and significance of what it means to simply be alive.
You might be thinking... death sounds kind of scary?
I’ve made flirting with the impermanence of life a sacred practice. Now, I want to share the medicine of death with you.
After our three days together, you’ll leave with:
You’ll have crystal clear clarity on the unique ingredients that turn up the meaning and magic in your life – what matters most and what must shift before year-end—with tools to act now. Maybe that means finally launching the project you’ve been sitting on, booking the “someday” trip with your kids, or creating clear, gentle boundaries so you’re present for the holidays instead of overwhelmed.
**You’ll literally leave with a NO REGRETS ROADMAP to end the year having lived, not postponed.**
You’ll meet fear head on to not just think your way through it, but to feel in your body, how strong and capable you are. You’ll access the root of your limiting beliefs and doubts, and learn how to reprogram them to say take bold action on what actually lights you up – send the pitch, have the conversation, book the tickets. You’ll also break patterns of hustle and chasing by exploring what you’re currently attached to and recognize that what you're seeking is already right here, right now.
Death roots you in now. You’ll learn to savor ordinary moments, access abundance from within, and feel life humming in your veins. Expect homework, journal prompts, and guided visualizations that anchor gratitude and presence—so the holiday dinner becomes connection (not chaos) and the weekday bedtime becomes holy.
No regrets by the end of 2025—and for the rest of your life.
Life You’re Proud Of—By Year’s End and Beyond
My soul didn’t come here to be your everyday Life Coach. It chose my life to intimately know DEATH when I lost my 32-year-old husband Ian died of cancer, leaving me a widow and solo mom to our one- and three-year-old.
Doing the only thing that brought me healing and solace, I started sharing my story of  loss online. I quickly amassed a large community and launched a thriving business  that helped  hundreds of clients build joy-filled lives after loss, hosted sold-out retreats, landed TV appearances and published Love & Grief, my book on finding healing, purpose and meaning in life after loss.
By 2023, despite those milestones, I started to feel numb and detached. So I went on a year-and-a-half long quest for radical aliveness – exploring somatics, my spirituality, subconscious healing, psychedelics, the divine feminine and more – when the insight finally landed:
I had to go through everything it did to gain its lessons:
- A shocking cancer diagnosis that woke us up the finiteness & fragility of life and invited us to starting fully living now
- A devastating loss that stripped me of everything I thought I need to live a joy-filled life, only to find my inner resilience, true self and my purpose
- A bout of apathy despite achieving significant outward success, that sent me on a one and half soul search only to realize ….
The moments where I’ve felt most fulfilled, connected to my heart, tapped into the awe of the present, where I felt wildly alive…was when I was closest to death.
Death isn't just a doorway to sadness, grief and loss – it's the missing link that WAKES US UP TO THE WONDER OF LIFE!
I’ve felt death’s pain and its power.
I’ve also invested years and resources learning how to deliver this medicine safely and skillfully, becoming a Certified Dharma & Spiritual Life Coach (Highest Self Institute), Certified Temple Guide (13 Moon Mystery School), and Certified Grief Educator (David Kessler) — to help you heal old wounds and overcome fears, limiting beliefs, or subconscious blocks that prevent you from fully living your most vibrant life.
I’m the guide who will bring you face-to-face with death — not to frighten you, but to give you its medicine: to wake you up, dissolve procrastination and fear, drop what no longer serves, and return you to fierce presence and joy.
